Breakfast is served in our light and airy breakfast room overlooking Bath. We offer a wide range of breakfast options containing only quality ingredients, which are locally sourced and organic where possible. We aim to cater for all dietary requirements so please do not hesitate to inform us of your needs.
Choices of cereals, yogurts and fresh fruit salad are served in buffet style followed by one of the following cooked to order:
Full English Breakfast – sausage (or vegetarian sausage), bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans
Creamy Porridge – organic rolled and jumbo oats served with fruit compote and cinnamon sugar
Simple French Omelette – a plain omelette served with mushrooms and tomatoes
Fruity Crepe – a light crepe filled with fresh fruit and served with Greek style yogurt and honey
Vegetarian Eggs Benedict – poached eggs with Hollandaise sauce served on a toasted muffin with tomatoes and mushrooms
Salmon and Eggs – smoked salmon and scrambled egg with tomatoes and mushrooms on the side
Teas, coffee, hot chocolate, toast and preserves served throughout.
